Watermelon Salad

Gluten-Free, Lunch, Vegan

I made a simple, yet refreshing Watermelon Salad to enjoy on this hot summer day.  I added peaches, vegan feta cheese, and fresh cucumber to chunks of seedless watermelon for a flavorful combination.  This salad was cool and refreshing.

I love to buy my fresh veggies from Whole Foods MarketWegmans and Sprouts Farmers Market.  If you’d like to see some great kitchen essentials, check out the ones I use at https://adriennesclassicdesserts.com/shop
