Vegan Pumpkin Feta Cheese Dip

My Vegan Pumpkin Feta Cheese Dip is a great fall appetizer made from vegan feta cheese, pumpkin puree, chopped walnuts and a light drizzle of agave syrup.

 

Vegan Pumpkin Feta Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of plain nondairy yogurt
1 Cup of canned unsweetened pumpkin purée
1 Tablespoon of agave
Crusty bread or crackers
Toppings:
Chopped walnuts, raw or toasted
Extra agave, drizzled
Fresh thyme
Directions:
-Add the feta cheese and nondairy yogurt to a food processor. Blend ingredients together for 2 to 3 minutes and scrape down the sides. Add the pumpkin purée and agave and blend again until the ingredients are combined. Then add the whipped feta to a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately and garnish with chopped nuts and drizzle lightly with agave syrup and fresh thyme. Serve with warm crusty bread or vegetables. Enjoy!
