Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bars

Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bars are a decadent dessert that is fun to make.  The key ingredients are creamy peanut butter and nondairy chocolate.  This dessert has a chewy, cookie dough texture.

 


 

Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:
Cookie Dough Crust:
3 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
Chocolate Topping:
1 cup of vegan dark caramel chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
Directions:
-Add all of the dough mixture into an 8 by 8-inch pan with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
-In a double boiler add 1 cup of non-dairy caramel chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.  Melt chocolate until smooth and creamy.
-Remove the dough mixture from the refrigerator.  Add the melted chocolate over the cookie dough, then melt 3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.  Add a dollop of melted peanut butter over the chocolate then, with a toothpick create swirls.
-Refrigerate for one hour or overnight until hardened.  Slice and enjoy!
