This Vegan Club Sandwich is a great lunch alternative. It has some delicious vegan bacon, plant based cheese, vegan mayo and Dijon mustard. The taste is full of flavor and has a nice kick to it. I hope you get to make it.
Vegan Club Sandwich
1-2 Teaspoons of nondairy butter
1 Tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise
6 Slices of bread
1 Large tomato, sliced
6 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 Teaspoon of dijon mustard
6 Slices of vegan ham
4-6 Slices of vegan bacon, optional
4-6 Slices of vegan Gouda cheese
-Add butter to one side of each slice of bread and toast, butter side down on a grill pan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
-Spread the mayonnaise over the untoasted side of one slice of bread then add 2 to the lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
-Spread a small amount of Dijon mustard over the second slice of bread and place it on top of the lettuce and tomato.
-Add the vegan ham, cheese and bacon slices then spread the vegan mayonnaise over the third slice of bread and place over the deli slices toasted side up. Then cut the sandwich into quarters and skewer each quarter with a toothpick. Enjoy!
