Vegan Chocolate Treats

Chocolate Bark
1-2 12 oz. bags of nondairy chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
Red sprinkles
White sprinkles

-Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over boiling water with coconut oil until smooth. You can also microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until melted.
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate out onto the paper. Smooth out evenly and sprinkle evenly with sprinkles. You can also use other sprinkles if desired. Freeze for 1 hour or as needed. After you freeze the bark, break into pieces.

Chocolate Fudge
1 1/2 Cups of nondairy chocolate chips
3/4 Cup of natural creamy almond butter
1/2 Cup of raw almonds, chopped, (optional)

-Use a silicone pan of your choice or a muffin pan with parchment paper and set aside.
-Melt the chocolate and almond butter together using a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments until the chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone pan. Tap pan on a protected surface several times to smooth out mixture.
-Chill in the freezer for 60 minutes or until firm. Enjoy!
