These Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are a special treat for chocolate lovers. They have a moist texture, and a deliciously chewy taste. Some key ingredients include a creamy peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup, and my favorite cacao chocolate.

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 Cup of creamy peanut butter
1 Cup of coconut flour
1/2 Cup of sugar free maple syrup
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 Teaspoon of Himalayan salt , (that’s only if the peanut butter is unsalted)
Chocolate Topping
1/3 Cup of cacao powder
1/3 Cup of sugar free maple syrup
1/4 Cup of melted coconut oil
Directions:
-Peanut Butter Bottom:
Combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, sugar free maple syrup, vanilla extract and Himalayan salt in a large bowl. Mix until everything is combined. Then line a “8” inch square baking pan with parchment paper. You can also use a “8” inch loaf pan. Press down the peanut butter mixture across the pan in an even layer.
Chocolate Topping:
-Then add the cacao powder, sugar free maple syrup, melted coconut oil to a medium bowl. Whisk everything until smooth. Then pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Spread a layer of chocolate evenly over the peanut butter. Cover with foil then freeze the bars for about 15 minutes. Remove from freezer then slice and enjoy!
