Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Tahini

This Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Tahini is truly for the chocolate lovers.  Some key ingredients were cacao, organic tahini, and peanut butter.  The fudge was moist and delicious, and easy to prepare.

Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Tahini


Ingredients:
3/4 Cup of peanut butter
1/2 Cup of coconut oil, melted
1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
1/4 Cup of sugar free maple syrup
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 Teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Tahini Swirl:
1/4 Cup of tahini
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
1 Tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup

Directions:
-Melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a saucepan on stovetop or you can use coconut oil in a bottle already melted. Then in a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the fudge then whisk until all cocoa is smooth without lumps.
-Pour in a 8 by 8 inch pan lined with parchment paper or oiled with coconut oil. Then set aside.
-In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients and tahini. This will create the swirl.
-Then spoon the tahini mixture on top of fudge and make swirl pattern’s with a skewer or knife until the tahini is incorporated into fudge.
-Place in freezer to set overnight. When the fudge is set, remove from the freezer and take out of the pan by grabbing both sides of parchment paper. Cut using a sharp knife. Enjoy!
