These Vegan Chocolate Cups are quick and easy to make, and they taste amazing! They are smooth and chocolate-ty, with a nice crunch. They are bite sized and only require a few ingredients. The chocolate lovers will find these to be simply irresistible!

Vegan Chocolate Crunchy Cups
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of vegan chocolate chips
1/4 Cups of brown rice crisps
1/3 Cup of peanut butter
2 Teaspoons of coconut oil
Directions:
-Line a cupcake pan with non-stick cupcake liners.
-Mix the coconut oil, peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a double boiler on low until melted. Then remove from the heat and add brown rice crisps . Add the mixture to each cupcake liner and cover with plastic wrap. Put in the freezer for 2 hours until firm or as needed. Take out of the freezer to thaw a bit and enjoy!
