Vegan Cheeseburger Salad in a Jar is a quick and easy meal prep made with plant based meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, vegan feta cheese and a tasty dressing.
Vegan Cheeseburger Salad-In- A -Jar
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
1 lb. of plant based meat
1 Clove of garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 White onion, chopped
Vegan feta cheese, crumbled
1 Cup of tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup of pickles, chopped
1 Bunch of romaine lettuce, chopped
4 by 28 oz. wide mouth jars with lids
Directions:
-In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat add onions and minced garlic sauté until translucent. Add the plant based meat and sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with spices, Himalayan salt and pepper. Set the pan aside to cool off.
-Prepare the ingredients and chop the onion, tomatoes, lettuce, crumble vegan feta cheese and pickles.
-Prepare your favorite dressing, then set aside.
-Equally divide your dressing and plant based meat among 4 wide-mouth mason jars. Equally add onions, tomatoes, pickles, vegan crumbled feta cheese and lettuce. Add your lid and refrigerate. Store for about 5 days. Enjoy!
