Vegan Baked Oats is a perfect healthy breakfast that’s delicious and easy to make.  It’s also a great source of fiber and protein.  I added nondairy caramel chocolate chips to the top.

 


 

Vegan Baked Oats

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of of baking powder
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350F.
-Grease an 8 oz. oven-safe ramekin with nonstick spray or oil.
-In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until combined. Don’t add the chocolate chips until later.
-Add the mixture to a small ramekin then top with nondairy Carmel chocolate chips.
-Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted into the middle comes out clean. Serve and enjoy.
