Stuffed Avocado Salad

Dinner, Lunch, Vegan

I made a quick and easy Stuffed Avocado Salad.  In addition to the avocado, I used chickpeas, celery and red onion as some of my ingredients.  The celery and chickpeas added a very flavorful taste.  This is a light and different way to serve a salad.  This salad is a good side dish, as well as a great light meal.

This is something you can serve at your family gatherings – my family really enjoyed it.  If you’d like to see some great kitchen essentials, check out the ones I use at https://adriennesclassicdesserts.com/shop  You might want to try this awesome Lemon Lime Squeezer – Juicer.
