For a great summer breakfast drink, try this Strawberry Banana Smoothie.  It’s creamy and delicious, and made with four ingredients – nondairy yogurt, fresh strawberries, almond milk and frozen bananas.

 


 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ripe frozen banana, sliced
1 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, halved
Topping:
2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, melted
Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
-Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
-In a small saucepan on low, add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, stir until melted.
-Pour smoothie in your favorite glass and drizzle with the melted peanut butter. Enjoy!
