Strawberry Banana Popsicle

Strawberry Banana Popsicles are a five ingredient dessert that is perfect for the spring and summer.  The strawberry and mango are full of potassium and Vitamin C, and these popsicles are a refreshing and tasty treat.

 


 

Strawberry Banana Popsicle

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas
½ cup of almond milk
 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup
1 tablespoon of chia seeds, optional
Directions:
-In a high-speed blender add all the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
-Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold until filled.  Make sure to leave room for the popsicles to expand.
-Place the popsicle sticks in the center and freeze overnight.  When you are ready to serve, run the popsicles mold under warm water to remove the popsicles from the mold then remove and enjoy!
