This Spinach, Tomato and Feta Cheese Pizza is delicious and full of flavor. I used some tasty vegan feta cheese, sautéed spinach and roasted grape tomatoes, along with marinara sauce and minced garlic as some key ingredients. I also used a crispy, chickpea pizza crust. This pizza was quick and easy to make.
Spinach, Tomato and Feta Cheese Pizza
Ingredients:
-9 in Prepared pizza crust, Banza ( I prepared two pizza crusts for ingredients)
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 White onion, chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 Cup of tomato sauce
5 Ounces fresh baby spinach, chopped
1/2 Cup of shredded vegan cheese
1 Cup of vegan feta cheese, chopped
1 Cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
2 Tablespoons of basil, chopped
Directions:
-Preheat your oven to 450F.
-Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat then add onion and cook until translucent for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute. Then add chopped spinach and cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts.
-Add the tomato sauce to the crust then top with onion and spinach mixture. Layer the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle vegan cheeses.
-Put pizza into the oven for 10-12 minutes or according to the directions on packaging. Remove from the oven slice and enjoy!
