Raspberry Chia Pudding

If you want a quick and easy breakfast treat, try making this Raspberry Chia Pudding.  The Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants and Omega 3, and the raspberries are high in fiber.  This pudding takes less than 5 minutes to make.

 


 

Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of sugar free maple syrup
 
Raspberry Layer:
No sugar added raspberry jam
 
Topping:
Fresh Raspberries
Sprinkle of granola

Directions:
-In a blender, add the unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds and sugar free maple syrup to the blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
-In a small serving jar add a layer of raspberry jam, then pour the chia pudding mixture on top. Make sure to use a jar that can be sealed.  Top with fresh raspberries and granola.  You can store it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or serve immediately. Enjoy!
