Plant Based Big Mac Smash Burger Taco

My Plant Based Big Mac Smash Burger Taco is bursting with flavor.  It’s made with plant based ground beef, and it’s big and juicy.  I topped it off with some vegan Thousand Island dressing.

 


 

Plant Based Big Mac Smash Burger

Ingredients:
1 lbs of ground Plant Based Meat
1/2 cup of white onion, chopped
1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of fresh basil, chopped
Himalayan salt and pepper
1-2 tablespoon of olive oil
4-6 inch tortillas shells
Topping:
romaine lettuce
12 dill pickles
1 tomato, chopped
Nondairy Thousand Island Dressing
Directions:
-In a large bowl, add the plant based ground meat along with spices and panko bread crumbs. Combine Ingredients.
-Then spread the 4 ounce burger patties evenly over the tortilla shell until almost completely covered.
-Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add one or two patties meat side down and lightly press onto the skillet. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes then flip for another 1 or 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining burger patties.
-To prepare the burgers add the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and nondairy blue cheese crumbles. Top with nondairy thousand island dressing. Enjoy!
