This Pizza Gnocchi Supreme is a bold and delicious, plant based pizza without the crust. Some key ingredients are plant based meat crumbles, vegan gnocchi and black olives. If you love pizza, then you will love this dish!
Pizza Gnocchi Supreme
1 12 oz. package of potato gnocchi
2/3 cup of white onion, chopped
½ cup of green pepper, chopped
½ cup of red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup of black olives, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 zucchini, quartered
½ container of mushrooms, sliced
½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
2 cups of pizza sauce of choice
Sprinkle of nondairy shredded cheese
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Chopped fresh parsley
-Prepare plant-based crumbles according to directions on packaging.
-Prepare potato gnocchi according to directions on packaging.
-In a cast iron skillet add the chopped onion, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms and zucchini. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
-Then add the plant-based crumbles and gnocchi, combine ingredients and add seasoning and pizza sauce, cook for one minute, top with vegan shredded cheese and put in the oven at 350F degrees for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve with chopped parsley and enjoy!
