Peanut Butter Pomegranate Yogurt Cups

Peanut Butter Pomegranate Yogurt Cups are the perfect breakfast treat.  You only need four  simple ingredients:  nondairy yogurt, creamy peanut butter and fresh pomegranate seeds.  It’s topped off with decadent, nondairy white chocolate.  This is a healthy and delicious breakfast!

 


 

Peanut Butter Pomegranate Yogurt Cups

Ingredients:
Yogurt Cup:
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
Chocolate Drizzle:
1/4 cup of nondairy white chocolate chips, or as needed
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, or as needed
Directions:
-Add the peanut butter to the nondairy coconut yogurt cup and combine until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds and mix well.
-In a double boiler add the nondairy white chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until melted and smooth.
-Drizzle the melted chocolate to the top of yogurt and spread to the edges.
-Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
