This Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie is made from six simple ingredients: frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, peanut butter, chia seeds, coconut water and non dairy yogurt.
Peanut and Jelly Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Frozen Bananas, sliced
1 – 2 Tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1/2 Cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 Cup of nondairy yogurt
1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
1 Cup of coconut water
Add ice, to make it colder and thicker, (optional)
Directions:
-Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add a little more liquid, you can add water if desired. You can garnish with sliced bananas and drizzle melted peanut butter. Pour and enjoy!
