Peanut Butter Chocolate Mini Donut Holes

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mini Donut Holes are a healthy dessert that is quick and easy to make.  They are dipped in a dark, nondairy chocolate.

 


 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mini Donut Holes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of almond flour
Chocolate Topping:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Directions:
-In a large bowl, mix blanched almond flour and coconut flour, whisk until combined.
-Add almond butter and sugar free maple syrup, mix well.
-Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, then use a cookie scoop, scoop batter and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes to harden.
-In a double boiler, add 1 cup of nondairy chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir until smooth. Remove the mini donuts from the freezer.
-Dip each donut hole in the chocolate and a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place back in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden.
-Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
