Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee Smoothie

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee Smoothie is a delicious breakfast drink.  It’s made using creamy peanut butter, rice milk, frozen banana and brewed coffee.  It’s also drizzled with nondairy chocolate.

 


 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ripe frozen banana, sliced
½ cup of rice milk
1/2 cup of cold brew coffee
¼ cup of creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup of quick oats
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of chia seeds, optional
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Topping:
2 tablespoons of nondairy chocolate, melted
Sliced banana, optional
Directions:
-Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
-In a small saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.  Stir until smooth.
-Pour smoothie in your favorite glass and drizzle with the melted dark nondairy chocolate.  Enjoy!
