These Peanut Butter Brownies are decadent with a creamy peanut butter center. They are full of protein.
Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients:
Brownies:
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of cacao powder
1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
Peanut Butter:
1/2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Chocolate Drizzle:
1 teaspoon of coconut oil, melted
Directions:
-Brownies – In a large bowl, add the blanched almond flour, cacao powder, sugar free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Himalayan salt to a bowl. Combine ingredients then set aside.
-Peanut Butter Mixture – add sugar free maple syrup, creamy peanut butter and melted coconut oil to a medium size bowl. Combine ingredients.
-Use a round silicone pan, then use a medium cookie scoop to add 2 scoops of brownie mixture to each section. Press brownie dough across the bottom of the pan. Then use the bottom of a measuring cup to smooth out the dough.
-In the middle of the dough, press a tablespoon in the center of each brownie to make a well. Spoon the creamy peanut butter filling into the well then chill for 30 minutes or until it sets.
-Melt nondairy caramel chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a double boiler. Drizzle chocolate then freeze for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
