Peanut Butter Blueberry Yogurt Cup

Try this viral Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup.  I made mine vegan using plant based coconut yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and fresh blueberries.  I topped it off with nondairy chocolate, which created a hard shell.  The peanut butter is a great source of protein and this yogurt cup was absolutely delicious!  It’s great for breakfast.

 


 

Peanut Butter Blueberry Yogurt Cup

Ingredients:
Yogurt Cup:
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Sprinkle of fresh blueberries
Chocolate Drizzle:
1/4 cup of nondairy chocolate chips, or as needed
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, or as needed
Directions:
-Add the peanut butter to the coconut yogurt cup and combine until smooth. Add a sprinkle of blueberries, mix well.
-In a double boiler add the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until smooth.
-Drizzle the melted chocolate to the top of yogurt and spread to the edges.
-Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
