My Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Cup is a healthy and delicious breakfast treat. And it’s a great source of protein, only using four ingredients: nondairy yogurt, creamy peanut butter, juicy red apple and nondairy chocolate.
Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Cups
Ingredients:
Yogurt Cup:
4 oz. of nondairy coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons of apples, peeled and diced
Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, or as needed
Directions:
-Add the peanut butter to the nondairy coconut yogurt cup and combine until smooth. Add a sprinkle of apples mix well.
-In a double boiler add the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until melted and smooth.
-Drizzle the melted chocolate to the top of yogurt and spread to the edges.
-Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
