Peanut Butter and Jelly Yogurt Bowls
2 – 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter
2 Tablespoons of sugar free jelly (or a jelly you desire)
1 Teaspoon of chia seeds, (optional)
2 Tablespoons of peanuts, chopped
