Nondairy Yogurt Reese’s Cups

Nondairy Yogurt Reese’s Cups are made with 3 simple ingredients:  nondairy yogurt,  creamy peanut  and nondairy chocolate.  This dessert treat is decadent and delicious.



Nondairy Yogurt Reese’s Cups

1/4 cup of peanut butter
Chocolate Topping:
1-2 Tablespoon of coconut oil

-In a large bowl, add the nondairy vanilla yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until ingredients are completely combined. Set aside.
-Melt nondairy chocolate in a double boiler with coconut oil. Stir until smooth and creamy.
-In a round silicone cupcake pan add 1-2 tablespoons of melted chocolate to each round section, then freeze for about 10 minutes.
-Next add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt mixture in each section with a cookie scooper or as needed. Smooth out yogurt mixture as desired.
-Place the silicone tray into the freezer for at least an 1/2 hour or until the yogurt has hardened a bit.
-In a double boiler melt the remaining chocolate then stir until combined. Add more chocolate chips if desired.
-Remove the round silicone tray from the freezer, then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of nondairy chocolate on top of the yogurt.
-Place in the freezer for 2 hours or overnight until the chocolate has hardened.
-Place in a freezer-safe container or bag and store until served. Enjoy!
