Nondairy Yogurt Chocolate Bars

Nondairy Yogurt Chocolate Bars are a breakfast that everyone will enjoy.  They are made using nondairy yogurt, almond butter, Medjool dates and creamy, nondairy chocolate.  The bars have a delicious crunchy texture to them.

 


 

Nondairy Chocolate Yogurt Bars

Ingredients:
3 cups of nondairy coconut yogurt
¼ cup of slivered almonds, chopped
½ cup of pitted and chopped Medjool dates
1 ½ tablespoons of almond butter
1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Directions:
-In a large bowl, add the nondairy coconut yogurt, dates, chopped almonds and almond butter to a bowl, then combine ingredients.
-In a square silicone sectional pan, with a small cookie scooper add a dollop of yogurt mixture in each square section then place them into the freezer for 2 hours to harden or as needed.
-Once the bars are frozen, melt the nondairy chocolate chips in a double boiler with 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.  Stir chocolate until smooth and creamy.
-Coat each bar with chocolate then place on a baking sheet with parchment paper so the chocolate can harden or place in the freezer for 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
