Nondairy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bars

Nondairy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bars are a perfect breakfast treat.  Plant based yogurt, fresh strawberries and nondairy chocolate are the three key ingredients.  These bars are bursting with flavor.

 


 

Nondairy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bars

Ingredients:
¼ cup of unsweetened cacao powder
6-8 medium strawberries, chopped
 
Topping:
1 10 oz. bag of nondairy dark chocolate chips
1-2 Tablespoon of coconut oil

Directions:
-In a large bowl, add the nondairy vanilla yogurt, sugar free maple syrup, cocoa powder and chopped strawberries. Mix until ingredients are completely combined.
-In a square silicone pan, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture in each square section.
-Place the square silicone pan into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt has completely frozen.
-In a double boiler, melt the nondairy chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until smooth and creamy.
-Remove the silicone pan from the freezer, then dip each yogurt bar into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
-Place in a freezer-safe container or bag and store until served.
