Nondairy Chocolate Cherry Yogurt Popsicles

These Nondairy Chocolate Cherry Yogurt Popsicles are a delicious, frozen yogurt dessert.  Each popsicle is a blend of nondairy yogurt, chopped fresh cherries and creamy peanut butter, dipped in a delicious, nondairy chocolate.

 


 

Nondairy Chocolate Cherry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of peanut butter
6-8 medium cherries, chopped or as desired
Topping:
2 Tablespoons of peanuts, chopped
 
Chocolate Shell Topping:
1-2 Tablespoon of coconut oil

Directions:
-In a large bowl, add the nondairy vanilla yogurt, peanut butter and chopped cherries. Mix until ingredients are completely combined.
-In a silicone popsicle holder add 3 tablespoons of yogurt mixture in each section, or as needed. Then add popsicle sticks and chopped peanuts on top.
-Place the silicone popsicle holder into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt has completely frozen.
-In a double boiler, melt the nondairy chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir until smooth and creamy.
-Remove the silicone popsicle holder from the freezer, then dip each yogurt popsicle into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
-Place in a freezer-safe container or bag and store until served. Enjoy!
