These Nondairy Chocolate Almond Clusters are a chocolate-ty and decadent dessert for the holiday season.  They are really quick and easy to make, only needing two key ingredients.  Your family will enjoy them!

 


 

Nondairy Chocolate Almond Clusters

Ingredients:
2 cups of raw almonds, unsalted
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling, optional
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Place the almonds on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove the tray from the oven to cool. Set aside.
-In a double boiler, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 12 oz. bag of nondairy chocolate chips. You can also use a microwave to melt the chocolate until smooth and creamy.
-In a large round silicone pan, add two spoonfuls of chocolate covered almonds to each section in a circular motion.
-Freeze for 1 hour or until clusters are completely set. Then remove clusters from the freezer and silicone pan. Store in an airtight container for about four weeks. Serve and enjoy!
