No Bake Fruit & Nut Double Chocolate Bites are decadent and bursting with flavor. The insides are crunchy and creamy, and then dipped in a delicious, nondairy chocolate. This dessert treat is also full of protein.
No Bake Fruit & Nut Double Chocolate Bites
6 tablespoons of peanut butter
4 tablespoons of cacao powder
2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup
4 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
¼ cup of dry cranberries
½ cup of almonds, roughly chopped
-Place the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until the ingredients are combined.
-Add the chocolate mixture into the holes of a mini silicone pan. Smooth out the top of each section with a spoon.
-Place in the freezer to set for 2 hours or overnight.
-In a double boiler, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until smooth and creamy, then dip mini chocolate squares in the melted chocolate. Place on a small baking sheet with parchment paper to set. –Place chocolate squares in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden, then drizzle with chocolate. Serve and enjoy!
