Mango Smoothie Chocolate Bites

Mango Smoothie Chocolate Bites are the perfect breakfast treat.  These bites are a delicious combination of frozen mango, banana and nondairy coconut yogurt that are dipped in creamy nondairy chocolate.

 


 

Mango Smoothie Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:
1 medium banana, sliced
¾ cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds, optional
Topping:
1 10 oz. bag of nondairy chocolate
1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Directions:
-Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.  Use your tamper to help the smoothie blend evenly.  If it’s too thick, you can add a little almond milk to thin it out.
-In a square silicone tray, pour the mango smoothie into each section then freeze overnight.
-In a double boiler add the nondairy chocolate and coconut oil.  Stir until smooth and creamy then add the smoothie bites to the melted chocolate one at a time.
-Place the chocolate bites on a large baking tray with parchment paper then place in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.  Serve and enjoy!
