Kiwi Smoothie Pops

Breakfast, Dessert, Snacks, Vegan

During these hot summer days, I love to make cool and healthy treats like these Kiwi Smoothie Pops.  They are quick and easy to make, with ingredients like fresh kiwi, pineapple, banana and ME Moringa Organic Powder.  The ME Moringa Organic Powder that I used is an organic powder that is high in antioxidants and blends well with other ingredients.  These pops are like eating a delicious, frozen smoothie!  They are great to eat on a hot summer day.

I love to buy my recipe ingredients from Whole Foods MarketWegmans and Sprouts Farmers Market.

Kiwi Smoothie Pops

Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon of organic Moringa Powder
1 Cup of almond milk
1 Small banana
2 Kiwis, peeled
1 Cup of fresh baby spinach
1/2 Cup of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
Add ice as needed

Directions:
-Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until we’ll combined. If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen, you can add 4-6 ice cubes before blending ingredients.
-To make the popsicles, pour the blended smoothie into the popsicle molds then insert popsicle sticks into the center. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or overnight before removing the popsicles from the molds. Run the popsicle molds under lukewarm water for about 10 – 15 seconds to help loosen popsicles. Enjoy!
