Frozen Strawberry and Blueberry Yogurt Bark is a delicious breakfast, but it can also be enjoyed as a refreshing snack. The fresh strawberries and blueberries are bursting with flavor, and every bite tastes amazing. This breakfast only uses six ingredients, and it’s a budget friendly recipe.
Frozen Strawberry and Yogurt Bark Recipe
2 Cups of plain nondairy yogurt or a yogurt of your choice
1/4 Teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1/8 Teaspoon of Himalayan salt
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
-In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla extract, sugar free maple syrup lemon juice and Himalayan salt, combine ingredients. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Spread the yogurt mixture into an even thickness across the cookie sheet then add your strawberries, blueberries and granola. Freeze the yogurt bark for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Break into pieces and enjoy!
