This tasty Everything Trail Mix was perfect for a Saturday afternoon snack. It was crunchy and spicy, yet light and delicious. I used Everything Bagel seasoning, which delivered a slightly salty and savory flavor that made this snack simply irresistible. I also added some melted vegan butter. This is the perfect snack for movie night!

Everything Trail Mix
3 Cups of salted gluten free mini pretzels
3 Cups of vegan cheddar flavored squares
2 Cups of gluten free Rice Chex Cereal
6 Tablespoons of vegan butter, melted
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup of of sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup of pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 Teaspoons of onion powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons of everything bagel, seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 Teaspoon of black pepper and Himalayan salt
-Preheat the oven to 300F degrees. In a large bowl, combine the melted vegan butter, Worcestershire sauce, everything bagel seasoning, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Himalayan salt and pepper. Add the pretzels, cheddar squares, rice chex cereal, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to the bowl. Toss well for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture is evenly coated. Spread the mix evenly over a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Toss 1 – 2 times throughout cooking. Serve or store in a airtight container for 1 week. Enjoy!
