Cranberry and Pistachio Nondairy Chocolate Bark

This Cranberry and Pistachio Nondairy Chocolate Bark is a budget friendly dessert treat.   It’s crunchy and delicious as well as quick and easy to make.  This is a great dessert to make with the kids.

 


 

Cranberry and Pistachio Nondairy Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
¼ cup of creamy peanut butter
¼ cup of dried cranberries
¼ cup of pistachios, roughly chopped
Directions:
-Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Set aside.
-In a double boiler, add nondairy chocolate chips, and coconut oil.  Stir until melted and combined.
-Pour the nondairy chocolate onto a baking sheet with parchment paper then spread thinly into a rough rectangular shape.
-In small saucepan, melt peanut butter then
drizzle melted creamy peanut butter over the dark nondairy chocolate.  Use a skewer to swirl the melted peanut butter into the dark chocolate and create a pattern.
-Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and cranberries over the chocolate before the chocolate sets. Put the chocolate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.  Once the chocolate has set, you can break it into pieces.  Serve and Enjoy.
