Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
1 9 oz. Bag of nondairy dark chocolate chips
1 12 Ounce jar of creamy peanut butter
Directions:
-Use a double boiler method to melt chocolate, fill a saucepan 1/4 of the way with water. Heat on medium to high heat until water boils. Place a small heat-proof bowl on top making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
-Add the chocolate chips along with the peanut butter to the boiler. Combine until it’s creamy and smooth.
-Pour the mixture into a silicone mold of your choice. I used a rectangular mold.
-In a small saucepan melt 1/4 cup of peanut butter then drizzle lightly over each mold.
-Put into the freezer to set for 2 hours or overnight. Remove and allow to get room temperature and enjoy!
