These Chocolate Nut Bites are a flavorful combination of almonds, peanuts, peanut butter and non-dairy chocolate chips.
Chocolate Nut Bites
1/2 Cup of peanuts and almonds, chopped (or mixed nuts you desire)
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
1 Tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup
1 1/2 Cup of nondairy caramel chocolate chips
-Roughly chop nuts then set aside.
-In a double boiler add coconut oil, sugar free maple syrup and peanut butter.
-Combine ingredients well then add carmel chocolate chips. Stir until melted and combined.
-Remove from heat and pour into the bowl with the mixed nuts.
-Mix until combined then add mixture to a round silicone mold with or a silicone tray of your choice.
-Put in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or overnight. Remove from silicone tray and enjoy!
