These Chocolate Crunch Cups are made with nondairy chocolate, brown rice krispies and coconut oil. They are decadent and delicious, a great dessert that’s quick and easy to make.
Chocolate Crunch Cups
Ingredients:
3 Cups of crispy rice cereal
1/2 Cup of dried cranberries, chopped
1 Cup of creamy peanut butter, (or another nut butter you desire)
1/2 Cup of sugar free maple syrup
1/4 Cup of coconut oil
1/2 Cup of dried cranberries, chopped
Topping:
1/2 Cup of nondairy chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
-In a large bowl, add crispy rice cereal and dried cranberries, mix then set aside.
-In a double boiler add nondairy chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil and sugar free maple syrup and heat until melted. Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and dried cranberries. Combine well. Pour into round silicone molds then spread evenly.
-Add chocolate chips to a double boiler with coconut oil. Combine until melted and smooth then pour chocolate over rice crispy mixture. Smooth chocolate evenly, then freeze overnight.
-Remove rice crispy cups from the silicone mold and enjoy!
