Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Hearts are chocolate-ty and delicious, and a great Valentine’s Day treat. They are quick and easy to make and I topped these off with jimmies. You can also use chopped nuts.
Chocolate Carmel Peanut Butter Hearts
1 9 oz. Bag of nondairy Carmel chocolate chips
1/4 Cup of creamy peanut butter
-Use a double boiler method to melt chocolate, fill a saucepan 1/4 of the way with water. Heat on medium to high heat until water boils. Place a small heat-proof bowl on top making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
-Add the chocolate chips along with the peanut butter to the boiler. Combine until it’s creamy and smooth.
-Pour the mixture into a silicone mold of your choice. I used a heart shape mold.
-Add jimmies to the top, then put into the refrigerator to set for 2 hours or overnight. Remove and allow to get room temperature and enjoy!
