My Chocolate Caramel Bark is made from non-dairy chocolate, walnuts and caramel. It’s quick and easy to make, and is a decadent and delicious chocolate treat for the holiday season.
Chocolate Carmel Bark
1 12 oz. Package of nondairy dark chocolate chips
1-2 Tablespoon of coconut oil
Dairy Free Carmel sauce
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then set aside.
-Add the chocolate chips to a double boiler with with 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir until melted and smooth.
-You can also add the chocolate chips to a microwave bowl for 1-2 minutes until melted.
-Pour the melted chocolate on the baking sheet then spread smooth with a spatula. Use a small cookie scoop and drop dollops of Carmel on the bark. Swirl the chocolate and caramel together with the butter knife. Add the chopped walnuts then drizzle the remaining chocolate over the bark if desired.
-Allow the bark to harden in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours hours or overnight. Cut the bark into pieces once set and enjoy!
