Chocolate and Peanut Butter Covered Frozen Bananas

Ingredients:
4 to 6 Bananas
3/4 Cup of creamy peanut butter
1-2 Cups of nondairy chocolate chips
Melted peanut butter to drizzle

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
Push a popsicle stick 1 1/2 inches into the flat side of each banana.
-Then spread 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter on each banana lengthwise on a baking sheet with parchment paper spaced 1 1/2 inches apart.
-Then place the baking sheet into the freezer overnight. When the bananas are frozen, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler with 1 to 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir until smooth then pour chocolate into a Pyrex measuring cup or narrow glass. Dip the banana inside melted chocolate then add to the baking sheet.
-Drizzle melted peanut butter over the bananas using a spoon. Place them in the freezer to harden. Serve and enjoy!
