Cherry Pineapple Popsicles

For a refreshing summer treat try these Cherry Pineapple Popsicles.  They only require a few ingredients and they are really easy to make.



Cherry Pineapple Popsicles

Pineapple Layer:
1 10 oz. container of fresh pineapple, quartered
Cherry Layer:
2 cups of frozen cherries
1 cup of coconut water
-In a blender, add the fresh pineapple and nondairy yogurt. Blend until combined.
-In a popsicle tray add 1 – 2 tablespoons of the pineapple layer into the bottom of the popsicle mold.
-In a blender add the frozen cherries and coconut water. Blend until combined, then add 1 tablespoon of the cherry layer, repeat the process until the molds are just about full to the top line.  Use a toothpick or knife to swirl each popsicle as desired.  Add the top to the mold and insert the popsicle sticks.
-Place the filled popsicle mold into the freezer overnight until frozen.
-Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and place the bottom of the molds in some warm water for a minute or two to remove the popsicles.  Enjoy!
