Buffalo Ranch Trail Mix is a delicious snack to have on game day. Some key ingredients include rice chex, gluten free pretzels, pumpkin seeds and crackers.
Buffalo Ranch Trail Mix
Ingredients:
3 Cups of salted gluten free mini pretzels
3 Cups of gluten-free cheddar flavored squares
2 Cups of gluten free Rice Chex Cereal
1/2 Cup of pumpkin seeds
6 Tablespoons of vegan butter, melted
1 Ounce of ranch seasoning, dry powder
1/4 Cup of Buffalo sauce, (hot sauce)
1/2 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/4 Cup of vegan Parmesan cheese
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 300F degrees.
-Melt vegan butter and buffalo sauce in a saucepan.
-In a large bowl, combine the melted vegan butter mixture, Italian seasoning, and vegan Parmesan cheese . Add the pretzels, pumpkin seeds, cheddar squares and rice chex cereal to the bowl. Toss well for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture is evenly coated. Spread the mix evenly over a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Toss 1 – 2 times throughout cooking. Enjoy!
