This is a refreshing and delicious Blackberry Strawberry Smoothie Bowl. It was quick and easy to make and it only needed six ingredients. I served mine with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries and granola.
Blackberry Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
1 banana sliced and frozen
1/2 Cup of strawberries, frozen
1/2 Cup of blueberries, frozen
1/2 Cup of blackberries, frozen
3/4 Cup of almond milk
1/2 Cup of nondairy Greek yogurt
-Slice banana and add to a plastic bag overnight. You can use store brought frozen strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, which are in the freezer section. (If you use fresh fruit, cut stems off of strawberries and transfer to plastic bag and freeze overnight).
-Add fruit to a blender then add milk and yogurt and blend on a high-speed blender until combined. Pour in a smoothie bowl and top with sliced fresh bananas, sliced strawberries and granola. You can also add your favorite topping. Enjoy!
