Barbeque Fries are a great side dish for dinner or a cookout. They were quite tasty and seasoned with a variety of spices. They had a nice kick to them. You can serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Barbecue Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 Pounds of Russet Potatoes
1 Teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon of coconut sugar
1 Teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon of onion powder
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
1 Tablespoon of nutritional yeast, (optional)
Directions:
-Whisk seasonings together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
-Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Slice potatoes and add to a large bowl, then add olive oil and seasoning. Evenly distribute seasoning throughout the fries until they are covered.
-Bake in a preheated oven on 425F degree’s for 20 minutes or until crispy. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
