Almond Butter Cookie Dough Bars

Dessert, Snacks

These Almond Butter Cookie Dough Bars are chewy and delicious.  The bars have a firm and moist texture to them.  And best of all, they are a no-bake dessert that is quick and easy to make.

Almond Butter Cookie Dough Bars

1/2 Cup of sugar free maple syrup
1/2 Cup of creamy peanut almond butter
1 Cup of oat flour
1 Cup of nondairy chocolate chips

-Add the almond butter to a large bowl then set aside. Then in a saucepan, heat the sugar free maple syrup on medium – high until it begins to bubble.
-Remove from the heat and pour into the almond butter. Mix until creamy then add in the oat flour until combined.
-Chill the dough chill completely then add the chocolate chips. Then press the dough into a 8 by 8 inch lined loaf pan. You can also use a silicone tray that has a mold for bars or a tray your choice. Then add about 1 to 2 cookie scoops into the silicone trays and shape dough in each section. Freeze, then you will be able to break off a piece anytime you are ready. Enjoy!
