These are my delicious no bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars. They are decadent soft and chewy. And they are simple and easy to make, only needing four ingredients. Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of peanut butter
1/2 Cup of sugar free maple syrup, or a maple syrup of your choice
1 1/2 Cups of oat flour
Chocolate Topping:
1 1/2 Cups of nondairy dark chocolate chips
1/4 Cup of creamy peanut butter
Directions:
-Line a 9×9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper then set aside.
-In a medium bowl, place 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter and sugar free maple syrup. Combine until smooth. Add oat flour and stir well until combined. The mix will be thick then transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan with parchment paper and press evenly into a pan.
-To make the chocolate topping, melt the nondairy chocolate chips and the remaining peanut butter in a double boiler on the stove. Mix until smooth and spread over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until completely firm for about 2-3 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
