Vegan Pasta Salad

Dinner, Gluten-Free, Lunch, Main Dish, Vegan

This Vegan Pasta Salad is great for the spring and summer, as well as a family cookout.  It’s full of fresh vegetables like red and green peppers, red onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. I also used vegan quinoa pasta, and a flavorful assortment of spices.  I posted a video on my Instagram page showing how to make it.  Here’s the link to my IG page: Adriennesclassicdesserts Instagram Page

I love to buy my fresh veggies from Whole Foods Market, Wegmans and Sprouts Farmers Market.
